This family apartment is part of a modern building, looking over the old hippodrome which is planned to be reconstructed into a park. The exterior is patterned with straight lines; this characteristic seeps into the interior design, where the dashed surfaces are transitioning various layers into one another.

The core materials used in the space are natural stones, wood, and metal. Dark tones elegantly flow throughout the interior. The air is extenuated by three large outer glass walls of the apartment and the verdancy that is present both inside and on two sizeable terraces.
