Woodhouse delivered a full turnkey design and build solution for Tazaki Foods’ new premises including the office and warehouse. This included managing freezer suppliers and the engineering and design of bespoke 10,000 sq ft freezers; essential for the industry that Tazaki Foods operates in.

Budget and timescale were the key points of importance for this project. Following the original briefing and work getting underway, business critical circumstances meant the move-in date was pulled forward by six weeks. Despite the increased pressure on completion date, Woodhouse were able to successfully finish the project within the timescale and to a high standard; this saw Tazaki Foods moving in on time, with only minimal impact on their day to day activities.
