German design studio Fromme & Blum has designed a new style for the family business “Sushi Sano”. Located in a listed building in Munich the recreation of the restaurant is defined by tradition & modernity – in other words like Sushi is. The Makis & Nigiris are served on the studioʼs own furniture series called “Sano Family” with 35 seats and an open view to the kitchen. Kampai & Irasshaimase!
