At Kowloon Tong Baptist University, ARTTA Concept Studio transformed their school canteen into a restaurant like no other. The choice of natural materials and colours used such as white, brown and blue has been chosen carefully to create a good balance of a luxury and casual dining experience.
There are 3 zones in Bistro Bon and each has its own characteristics. There is the open kitchen area for the food lovers to enjoy and value high quality Mediterranean delicacies; this design also increases communication with the diners.
The dining lounge is the main service area which can be transformed into a private or public area for events. The use of floor-to-ceiling windows, mild wooden tones and flower chandeliers enhances a cosy and warm ambience for a perfect evening meal.
