A group of desingers in South Korea have prepared pedestrians with a little surprise with 'Project Monsoon' for when the annual monsoon season starts, which usually lasts 3 weeks. We all know how depressing places can be when it rains, so the artists has found a way to fight these gloomy days by using hydrochrometic paint that stays invisible until it gets wet.
