The architecture project signed by ST ARQ for HRSA, a new society of lawyers, had a first phase consisting in supporting the search for its first office. With this aid, a semi-ready building was found in São Paulo, in Plaza JK, which met all the clients' needs.

After this phase, the architects worked on understanding the needs of the forming office, supporting from project to construction, visual communication and decorations for the office.
With this change, HRSA goal was to have the opportunity to reclaim the values they wanted for the new organization, besides renewing and strengthening connections between clients and partners.
From the desired concept, was defined by ST ARQ alongside the client, the colors, materials, looks and feelings, that would show how modern, simple, fluid and sophisticated they are.
But, according to Stephan Steyer, the great highlight was the project feasibility time. “Due to its complexity, the construction was supposed to take from 70 to 90 days, but instead we could finish the project, budget, construction in 30 days".
