Between the bustle of the residential and commercial area of Almansa (Castilla La- Manchcha, Spain) and the plain garden of Albacete, borns this project that is divided by itself equally between the natural and the contemporary.
As Azorín, an spanish writter said, this land of "melancholic men, who live in arid plains", now houses a restaurant that dialogues between tradition and innovation.
