FormRoom were invited by luxury hotel ME London to deliver a unique winter experience to launch the festive season at the exclusive Radio Rooftop Bar.

#AprèsWithAView, London’s latest experiential rooftop bar, transforms the usual urban oasis of the Radio terrace, into a winter wonderscape. Renowned for its enviable 360 ̊ views across the iconic London skyline, the cable car installation transports guests from city rooftops to the alpine slopes of Courchevel.
On arrival at ME Hotel, #AprèsWithAView guests are immediately immersed into the unique experience; receiving exclusive entrance tickets in the form of ski lift passes, before ascending to the Radio Rooftop bar. The lift passes, along with curated drinks and dining menus, were created by FormRoom’s talented design team to define the identity of the temporary event.
FormRoom were commissioned to design, manufacture, and install three cable cars to be used on the roof of the terrace bar. Each car has been luxuriously finished, with fastidious attention to detail. From blackened ash wooden interiors, to authentic sheepskin rugs and geometric lighting fixtures, each car has been crafted to inspire alpine escapism.
Fitted with soft LED backlighting and fully integrated sound, heat and dimmable lighting, each of the cars ooze exclusivity. Within the private & cosy enclaves, guests can indulge in seasonal offerings such as truffle-three-cheese fondue, spiced rum eggnog signature cocktails, or Veuve Clicquot Champagne.
Working with ME Hotel, the FormRoom team took pride in developing the concept to full realisation and installation. A tailored sponsorship package was evolved to entice luxury brands into corporate sponsorship of each cable car. When designing the cars, the ability to adapt and respond to branding requirements was always considered.
#AprèsWithAView is the ultimate alpine event for Londoners who want to celebrate this winter season in style and is open until March 2018.
