The Residential design for a spread of 10 Marla was proposed in a way to give the space an open experience. By analysing the requirements and lifestyle of the client, we thought to maximize the open living space (living room) and create an entrance lobby which will direct the user to this spacious lounge. The high point about the site was that there was a retaining wall (20 ft. high) on the back side, which gave us the opportunity to have a full glass at the back side, without compromising the privacy of the client. Moreover, it allows only the right amount of sunlight inside. This adopted space arrangement, filled the desired client's functional plan on a small surface while keeping the openness of the lounge plus the modern interior, linear lobby and large windows which merges the outside with inside.
