DesignLSM, have recently completed work on the launch of The Coal Shed, Tower Bridge. The original Brighton-based restaurant was first opened back in 2011 by restaurateur Raz Helalat and has since built up a fiercely loyal following for it’s renowned grilled meat and fish menu.
Following the success of The Coal Shed and its sister restaurant The Salt Room, DesignLSM were delighted to help bring the award-winning concept to the iconic riverside destination of One Tower Bridge.
