The house is a result of the complicated terrain geometry. In plan, all the perimeter lines are given by the best possible occupation of the property, discounting the setbacks (restricted either by municipal legislation, or by rule of subdivision). Hence, the nickname of Casa Offset: a house that is a precise reflection of the intricate terrain.
In the ground floor, there is the set of rooms and kitchen, accompanied in the longitude by an external terrace.
On the lower floor there is a large intimate room with a TV area and games. This room relates to the lowered garden, creating a cozy space.
At the higher level, the dichotomous question of the plant is further emphasized: one large suite contrasts two others on the other side of the central void.
