The new AGC-store shows a huge variety of sneakers, like the first shop located at the Friedensplatz in Darmstadt and additionally a new range of fine clothing. The design concept is based upon a special use of three different levels in the whole store. The idea is, to lift the shop up on the same level just as the shop-windows - the store becomes the shop-window, the ceiling height is perfectly embedded in the shop-concept, the pedestrians, window-shopper and the customers are getting a completely new created shopping-perspective. The furnitures are built within the different levels - they seem to flow through the levels in the store and form different presentation-levels and heights for the products. The contrast between the large-area levels and the filigree furnitures is included in the material the store is build of. The industrial parquet-floor builds the base for the dark powdered steel-furnitures. In addition to that, the store layout works with special brass gaps, showcases which are sunken in the floor and flexible presentation-systems in the shop-windows.
