ARRTA Concept Studio has refurbished this Shopping Mall located in the commercial heart of Kwun Tong, merging with the industrial history. The designers have used transparent-like materials to give it a clean outline as well as it being industrially simple and modern.
An entrance of attracting customers, the stone feature wall and wall washed stair steps turns the dull escape staircase into powerful gesture
By enhancing the spaciousness they have used transparent glass partitions in between the main lobby and car park; to obstruct the disturbance of vehicles, therefore have decorated the glass with wires uniquely acting as a sheers.
Spaciousness can still be found inside the elevator, in which the features panels spreads over from wall head to the ceiling, forming an extension of height.
